IDDC’s Secretariat is based in Brussels (Belgium). Its main role is to support the Board and members and to facilitate the running of IDDC’s day to day business. The Secretariat is not a substitute for participation or activity by members and supports, facilitates and encourages their increased participation (rather than reducing it).
