Inclusive development means respecting the full human rights of every person, acknowledging diversity, eradicating poverty and ensuring that all people are fully included and can actively participate in development processes and activities regardless of age, gender, disability, state of health, ethnic origin or any other characteristic.

Join the Global Disability Advocacy and Education Project Deadline for applications: 10 February 2012

The Pineda Foundation for Youth / World Enabled is organising a a global education project for youth advocates with disabilities. Interested candidates between the ages of 12 - 30 are welcome to apply. You may be selected to share your voice in a user generated disability etiquette video.

IDDC takes discussion forward on Including Everyone in Beyond 2015

IDDC's Development Forum held its first e-meeting on 23 January 2012 to discuss a pressing issue for our member organisations and for the entire development community: the future of development after the 2015 deadline of the Millennium Development Goals.

First CBR World Congress Registration open: 1 February 2012
